App Store Privacy
Last updated: 2026-07-15
Your datasets, media and annotations stay on your device.
This page summarizes the current mobile application for platform review. It should be read with the full Privacy Policy.
Data Not Collected by the Developer
The current mobile app does not transmit projects, labels, annotations, imported images or videos, project settings, prompts, or exports to the developer. AI inference and project storage are local to the device.
Files, Photos and Camera
The app accesses photos, videos, files, folders or the camera only when you select or capture content for an annotation workflow. Access is limited by operating-system permissions. Selected content remains in the app's local storage unless you export or share it.
Accounts, Tracking and Advertising
The current mobile app does not require a cloud account, does not include third-party advertising, and does not use data to track you across apps or websites. Product telemetry is disabled in the current production configuration.
Support
If you contact [email protected], the message and attachments you choose to send are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. This support communication occurs outside the core annotation workflow.
Platform Services
The app store, operating system, crash-reporting settings and device backup services may process information under the platform provider's terms. These platform-controlled services are separate from AnnotateIt's own data collection.
